First report in a couple years, still been getting out and about but just been very busy with other life admin for reports, got a day at home on the sick twiddling my thumbs so thought i would write summit up about our trip to red sands last year. Did the trip with bigjobs, paradox, riddlers...
I discovered this big factory almost 2 years ago. It used to build washing machines and it was closed down more than 10 years ago. At that time it was already obvious that the location was completely empty... but what made me really interested in this place was the colour of some building of the...
I visited this place back in March this year but was unable to get, so all I did was a video of the outside..

But as I was going past the place on route to another I thought Id give it another try, bingo I was in, nature has certainly taken over now. and its been...
Red Cross Hospital
Before it's closure at some point during the 1980's, it served as a children's hospital. It was thought to have been founded around the turn of the 20th century. The hospital was owned and managed by the charity 'Red Cross Italy' which becomes apparent from the rather...
Red Morgue Hospital
I couldn't find huge amount history on this location but from what I've gathered the hospital was built at some point in the early 20th century. It was funded by investors and at a time when nursing care was predominately carried out by the clergy. They wanted the...
Second report tonight, not doing too bad! Been wanting to get this set up for a while now, and here it is
:) Visited with AndyK!, PROJ3CT M4YH3M and Kriegaffe9. A nice relaxed explore this with some great photo opportunities, after waking up early and visiting Mono Orphanage to start the day...
Evening all,
Seems like my 2nd report from Italy is another hospital.
This is quite a well known spot in Italy but still quite photogenic.
Abandoned sometime ago and was previously used by the Red Cross to treat children hence the amount of dormitories. The famous chapel, which the red cross...

So it's a normal mundane Tuesday afternoon at work and a text comes in from ZeroUE. Was I up for exploring a location that's been sealed up for ages and needs visiting ASAP before it's sealed up again? It...
Following on from Stussys report the other week, heres my take on the place.
It was getting late after a long day and to be honest I wanted the fire engine and that was about it, however, the place has a bit of charm about it, and I we caught it as the sun was going down so the light turned out...
They, whoever 'they' are, say nothing ventured nothing gained. So given that the location is near my birthplace and the old stamping ground, off I went.
The adrenaline was proper pumping - I was of course on my tod, and not sure quite what to expect. Would the 'occupier' be in residence? But I...
After setting up camp for the first day, we headed here to the derpy hospital with the infamous red fire truck as the sun was setting.
With locals in their garden having a BBQ, we tried to be stealthy, but soon gave up as the fire truck was in clear view of them. They didn't even bat an eyelid...
2013:
I don't think this derp has had any more splores posted.
2010:
No info really on this place, except it had 17 en suite bedrooms, all with colour tv, tea and coffee making facilities, and did conferencing. Still has half full barrells of cider and beer.
Place is trashed to high heaven...
This was more of an empty place than decayed or abandoned as such. Permission job, I know the owner well as he lets me use his many mansions for model photoshoots. I liked this place, but I do love my decay, so wasn't head over heels for this one! Went with Mookie :D
So it turns out if you a) ask nicely and B) do a fair amount of yarn spinning to the owners of places, they sometimes don't mind you having a peek behind closed doors...accompanied of course!
This is one of those many manor houses that is 'empty' and not 'derelict', the original home has had...
Afternoon all,
