Serious decay here in what is such a grand building.
Built in 1885 as a family home and originally known as South Park. Later in the 1930's it became a school changing names throughout its life it eevntually closed in 2001.
Since being abandoned, it has changed hands a number of times and various planning applications have been approvved none of these have came to light.
Once described as a fine example of Adams and Renaissance style, well its not the finest example any more.
