Castle Ignis, Germany (visited 06/2015)

The main building of the castle from the 16th century burned in large parts a few years ago. Currently the property is for sale.

After the castle was repeatedly a meeting place of young people and there were also complaints of trespassing, the main building was recently closed as much as possible.

By the broker (a friend of mine) I was approved to visit it several hours, so I had enough time and leisure to explore the castle along with its outbuildings.

Thats a truly awesome location Andy and the type I could spend all day wandering.
