Been done a fair bit I know but this was a rather nice residential a few years back. As usual its gone downhill quicker than a fat man on a sledge but this is often the case.
The history is vague on this place or the neighbouring property which is little more than a shell, but Im pretty sure the last occupant was a "charlotte" from numerous letters laying about.

The Alfa grill was one of the first items to go missing, I hope thats been put to some use
