This small château is situated right in the middle of an small french village. Surrounded by wine rapes it scrapes an existance of decay.

Apparently, meanwhile various pieces of furniture have been removed here as well.
It's always good not to get caught in French castles. The local owners can often be pretty aggressive ...

I do understand every owner who cares about his property - even if it's in state of decay. At least we're entering private grounds. The owner does not know if the intruder is a thief, vandal, photographer etc.
French rural areas are special - kind of an outback, next gendarmerie is km away. I heard about some unkind confrontations, too. Therefore we exercised extreme caution (parked km away from location, entered under cover of darkness..). I'm always trying to avoid confrontations by any possible means.
