Colthrop Papermill, Thatcham - 2014

Hello all!

This is my second post now and i hope this one works out better than my first which i will have pictures for soon.

I discovered the Colthrop Papermill a few years ago but recently visited this place and took a few pictures.

Colthrop papermill had been either been burnt down or it wxploded this much i do not know but it is an interesting place to visit so if you get a chance go there!

There's not a huge amount left as it was mostly demolished a few years back, my mate Zotez lives very local to it.

It can take a while to get in to a routine of putting a Location post together and in your own style.

Some will post a bit of History in brief and some time quite in depth.

IE

“The Colthrop Board Mills (closed down in 2000), where paper had been produced for over 200 years, grew very quickly, particularly after its acquisition by the worldwide Reed Paper Group.â€Â

Others will give an insight as to the day they have had and their experiences.

Some will grab some historical images of the Location.

Its about doing what works for you at the end of the day.
