I went here at the beginning of the year and hated the place, I was meant to have gone with my nephew but he had to pull out, so I went on my own. The place is so intimidating after a hour I just had to get out of the place and said I wouldn't go back.
I had a message from barracuda asking if I wanted to go somewhere one day, also a newbie said that he wanted to go down there as he didn't manage to get in last time. So a date was set and yesterday at 7am we met up just outside. The old entry point has now been well secured so it was the same place I managed to get in last time, but it can be a little on the wet side.
Its still intimidating but with a could of good fellas with me it wasn't so bad. In the end we spent over 4 hours in there and still didn't cover half of the place so another visit might be in order.
We did start to climb on of the conveyer towers only to find the walkway was rotten so we carefully made our way back down. All in all even if the place is so dirty and imposing it well worth a look.
I took over 200 photos but cut them down to less than 170 which can be found here
