There is not a huge amount of history on this place although it has sat disused now for approx. 6 years after finally losing its doors in 2005. The labs were used for soil sciences and there is still much to see.

As this was done back in October last year, any idea on what condition its in these days?..........

Fraid not, none of us have been back since and there's not been any recent reports to speak of. I hear it's now sealed up thou, but who knows.

wevsky went to check on it after us and said it had been freshly sealed. Another forum member said they got caught by a security guard up there so id assume its still in a pretty good condition if they have taken their time to secure and watch it.
