The carpenter's workshop was founded already in 1898 by Georg D. After his death, his son took over the carpentry business and continued to run it until he retired in the early 2000s. The halls were then rented to a new carpenter for many years, whose contract expired in 2020.
On the first floor of the side building a dance hall was set up until around the 1950s, before it was also used as a workshop by the joiner. Presumably in 2021, the buildings are expected to be demolished for the construction of apartment houses.
