Second attempt for me to get in here, you have to be quite lucky I guess with the timings of people around etc. I always thought I either a)wouldn't like to see this place due to the nature of the objects in here or b)I've seen it posted often so didn't think I'd be that interested when I got there.

I was SO wrong. I had hired a 100mm f2.8 macro, and I was having a field day. I was more shocked seeing the detail on my screem of the dogs nose hair and eye socket than I was photographing it. I was a mere *ahem* whisker away from it's rotting/ed face and I felt fine. What the f*&% is wrong with me?! haha

After looking at them again, It makes me a bit sad. I hope they were used for good research and weren't killed in a horrible way. *sniff*

Woah, didn't see the comments here! Thanks all. A great place for both wide angle scenes and details, especially if you can bear getting that close to a dog(?) in formaldehyde haha
