Built in 1860 in what could have been described as prime farm land this sad old derp is now surrounded by drab scruffy terraced houses
Latterly split into a pair of semis they were destroyed in June 2018 by an arson arrack; two 13 yr old boys were arrested and investigated

Unfortunately in a very bad condition, but I really like the wallpaper around the fireplace in the sixth picture.
