Last summer we visited Budapest and our main goal was Kelenföld Power Plant - one of the most popular abandoned places all over the world. The most spectacular object there is a control room with a beautiful art deco roof. Many people ask us about the entrance there. Actually, we came there without a plan. We met there some staff employed in a movie recording. It was hard to get there without being noticed, so we decided to talk with these people. We had a full of luck. One Hungarian guy from the staff was not willing to help us, but we used magical words "we came here especially form Poland..." and he changed his mind, He helped us "in the name of Polish-Hungarian friendship".
We visited the control room and our dreams came true. We also learned one more thing - it is worth to talk. Sometimes owners or security guides will chase you away, but some of them may be helpful.
Below you can find the photos from our trip. We hope you'll enjoy them!

As everyone says, you can never tire of seeing this place. Waiting for the day I get to do it. Nice report (y)

Even after being here myself I will never get bored of it, some cracking shots from yourself here.

I think ifI got to see this I could retire from urbex quite happily.
Also don't remember ever seeing a photo of it externally before!
