This former metal factory is in a good location in the middle of a major German city. There are several buildings on the extensive property. Including a listed villa. The ensemble has been empty for decades and no one cares about it.
During the Third Reich, the company belonged to an SA leader who had attached a swastika flag to his factory chimney before the National Socialists came to power. As documents show, a separate camp for Eastern workers was maintained on the factory site. Lt. According to the documents, 30 Eastern workers were housed here

A GmbH is still registered in the commercial register under the name of the SA leader. This is also a shareholder in the former metal factory.
