Named as its a miracle that its still standing! This is a Wesleyan chapel on the very western edge of Wales, built in 1833 and rebuilt in 1868 in the Gothic style of the gable-entry type.
It closed in 1973 and has been slowly deteriorating since. The owner appears to have abandoned all interest in the place and the local authority has had to carry out work on the retaining walls to make the structure safe for passing motorists and local residents. Surveys have been made and if/when it does finally give way, it will fall in on itself. It also felt like the surrounding trees and undergrowth was slowly choking the building. Quite sad really.
