Introduction:
My first explore and first post on here, I really enjoyed wandering around and taking in the atmosphere.
History:
Also called “House of The Damned” this place is really nice, very remote and no roads or paths leading up to it. Its very peaceful as well, all I could hear was the curtains flapping in the wind upstairs. Apparently it got this nickname because there was a newspaper inside announcing a tour of “The Damned” (a gothic punk band) which another explorer found.
It was part of a larger estate and is thought to have been built somewhere around 1875 and seems to have been run by the same family (the Sandars) right up until it became abandoned.
Sorry to those who aren't keen on HDR, first time I've ever tried it and I've tried to keep it quite subtle. It doesn't really suit some shots but was worth trying out!
