This 5-star luxury hotel, which was built in a spa town towards the end of the 19th century, is located right in the city center. It was closed more than 15 years ago and the dilapidation, but also the vandalism is already well advanced.
The location is known for its large ballroom with the huge atrium and the fabric cover. Unfortunately, here too, the stuccoed walls have been sprayed with paint. Somewhat hidden you will also find a beautifully decorated staircase.
The hotel once had over 100 rooms, spa facilities, bar areas and suites. It was one of the prestigious hotels in the area. When at some point tourism became less important, the operation of this hotel was too uneconomical and it was given up.
