Pool Parc, Mid Wales, May 2014

I had friends down from Kent for the weekend and we managed a 350+ mile round trip around north and mid Wales. We left the house at 2am and got back at 8.30pm. We had 7 places on our list but knew there would be some let downs so the rest were for back up.

I will put up a report on the first place shortly but as we were only there not long before we heard the alarm I didn't managed to take that many internal photos.

The next place we now call the Alarm Farm as soon as I opened the door (Unlocked) something fell behind and a siren started sounding very loudly above my head, so we just jumped back into the car and headed to Pool Parc.

The place is meant to be haunted and the clouds done their best to make it look that way.

We took some externals and I headed for the entry point and was in and managed to open up somewhere for the rest to get in. All bar the stairs and a few other odds and ends there's not much in the place, its still worth a look and I plan to go back again and with more time take a better look.

Excellent stuff... a very majestic looking place and you've just got to love that staircase. I bet the alarm at the other place you went to triggered a bit of a 'brown trouser moment'...!
