Somewhere around august 2012 i was bored, but then i heard there was a closed down asylum, not to far from my place. Instantly i wanted to visit this place, so i took the car with 2 friends and drove up there.
Without camera, without flashlights, food, drinks we were inside for not more then 30 minutes, it became dark. This was my first "explore" (except some buildings in my childhood). I went back for many times (8), till may 2013, we got caught by the cops but left with a warning, and they told that there would be problems if i would return.
It was build around 1830, as the first asylum build next to the woods. They said fresh air would help the patients, this building was a revolution for the health care. Doctors from around europe visited this place to see
how they could improve their own mental hospitals. Now its been rotting away since 1995, when the last patients left to other hospitals. They want to renovate it, but its becomming harder and harder since there arent many floor left to walk safely.
