Great Britain RAF Lympne - Kent - 12/11/08

I had a few hours spare this afternoon so I decided to take a look at RAF Lympne's huts and some of the bunkers.

This little chap made the strangest rasping noise when he opened his wings to warn me off:

this is a fun site we did go to this site about 7 months ago had fun in the animal crates and in the bunkers would like to go back some time

Nice report, looks a interesting wanderIs that a hydraulic Pickett-Hamilton pillbox in one of your pictures? Very rare if it is, ive never seen one in the flesh.

Looks like it to me, though not sure whether its the whole thing or just the top sliding part
