So onto the main site of the weekend with a boot full of Land Rover wheels.
This site was a fair size and we spent a good morning in here. Nice lighting, decay and peeling paint.
The site opened in 1939 and is situated Two Miles from West Raynham in Norfolk. The airfield ran until the Ministry of Defence closed it along with many other airfields in 1994. The whole site went on sale in 2004 and was bought by a private buyer in 2006 and has changed several times. Many different project plans for the site have been drawn up; including a Biomass Generator and an Eco-Village.
