ROC GRT Offley -Feb 2013

desided to go a hunt for this one as its local to me but after finding it and opening it we found that it was chest high in water but smmed to have a few things still down there (sorry for the quality of the photos but i sont had my iPhone)

*(if there's any spelling/grammar mistakes sorry about that but is my dyslexic )*

the hatch was almost rusted shut

Any chance of finding out who owns the land and see if its possible to get the place pumped out, I know it's just an roc but some f the are actually quite nice, bet you were miffed to find all that water

Yeah ill try and find out and yeah it was really annoying if it was waist height I might have gone in but chest high is too much

Wevsky doesn't give out much love for ROC's, they all hold some special if only an old chair or bed
