Mark (Camerashy) has already posted his take of this up. This is mine.

Looks like it was a hospice, care home of some sort? Pretty easy access although we thought at first glance it was hard due to there being a house in the grounds.

I don't know much besides its also known as the "House of the wheelchairs" - did have a few in all fairness
