History

St pauls church in Leicester is an early french Gothic style church based in Leicester. Grade II listed, st Paul's closed in 2003 after the parish moved to a modernised church nearby. The church was concentrated in 1871. Local materials were used to build the church and work appears to have started in 1870. The organ was sadly moved from this beautiful building when it was declared redundant to a church in hinckley, Leicestershire.

The explore

Lovely little church this one. Really chilled explore. Fell through the floor. Did a sermon from father Tobe and took a few piccies. The rest is history.

Why thank you ? I always keep them short and simple and don't write alot which I could probably improve on. 

The church was only accessible for such a short time so was very happy to be able to see it in all its glory. It's certainly a beauty that's for sure.

Oh it's so much fun. We get all dressed up and sing. I am singing Vera Lynn. And there's tanks and demonstrations. It's bad ass.

Aha. I wouldn't. You might catch something. I hold a lovely sermon there ever first Sunday of the month though and give some wonderful insights of the church of Tobe. ?

Thank you lovely. It really was beautiful. Perfectly natural decay and not a graff penis to be seen. Winner. Xx
