Germany The barons residence (visited 06/2011)

The property was built in the 18th century. During World War II it was used as a military hospital, later as a sanatorium for lung diseases and most recently as a home for disabled persons.​

The building is abandoned for almost 40 years now, and has been left to decay. The present condition, about five years after my visit is, accordingly, much worse now.​
