The ballroom was part of an inn. It already existed in the 19th century.​

I don't know when it was closed.​

 ​

The decay was very nice, but floors and ceilings were partially already very broken.​

 ​

By the way, the sunrays in the pics 4 & 5 are real and not a fake via photoshop.
I merely helped and swirled the dust from the floor to make the light beams visible.​
