A shipyard, the predecessor of the torpedo factory and test station, was found here as early as 1861.
In 1866 the torpedo was recognized here and more than 25,000 pieces were determined over the years.
There were also more than 1,000 launch tubes and 1,500 high-pressure compressors.
The first test and launch station was built as early as 1870. In its current form the plant was in operation in 1935 and war until 1966.
The concept of systematic weapon tests and the scheduled management of launch pads belong to themselves - -
One can still think of a concept to restore them to build a museum there.
