OK last one for the evening

This place I heard about but didn't get chance on the 1st Eurotour - some real decay involved here and the cellar was flooded plus two people upstairs was all she could handle. Luckily we were close so we thought we'd pop in for a cuppa or failing that, some photos. Not a massive place - 3 rooms and an attic, the rest were rotten or full of rubbish.

No history but the neighbour saw us and let us in for 10 Euros each after a bit of bartering. Actually, tell a lie - we were already in there and he came in and interrupted the flow of the explore.
