Finally getting round to getting some more up from my last Belgium trip (I am slowly drowning in a sea of unedited pictures, and the levels keep rising! Not that I can complain there really, 2016 is really rather looking to be my year so far, I'm having a blast!) 
Villa heil, the second location of the second day of the trip, and my D5300 had given up on me :'( Time to crack out the D300, which I'd sort of forgotten how to use properly, as well as how much of a pain it is shooting without live view... *facepalm* I desperately need a spare battery... 
Really nice place this, such a shame the floor had been stripped (I've seen it was still there in some earlier reports  ) and lots to see. I particularly loved the stained glass windows going up the staircase.
I can't seem to find any history on it, nor could I really work it out while we were there... Lots of files and documents dotted around, the latest I could find being dated 2006, so that may well have been when it was left... 
But anyway, on with the photos! ​

Cheers guys  'twas a nice little place this, seems to have moved around a hell of a lot from the previous reports I've looked at though :L and I don't know whether I was just being blind, but some of the birds appear to have disappeared too...
