I discovered the villa by chance while taking a walk two days ago. So I returned there yesterday with camera to explore.
The door was locked, the windows boarded up. Through thick hedges I came to an open window.
Inside there were still a lot of files and documents, but I will only show a few of them because they contain personal data.
Signed memorial cards lay all over the house and on the stairs.
The villa belonged to the owner of a gravel works who, according to letters, died in 1988. The heirs still own companies in the neighboring towns. There were interested / prospective buyers, but the heirs did not want to sell the house. Why, and that they instead let it fall in decay, is incomprehensible to me.
