CAMBRIDGE MILITARY HOSPITAL, ALDERSHOT.
After changing my mind about heading 'oop narth' at the last minute and a miserable fail at my first port of call, I found myself peering through the fences of this southern beauty.
Failure was not an option today as this had happened here a few weeks...

This is one of those places you get into and think 'holy cow' (or words to that effect!). Closed at just about the same time as Cane Hill did in 1992 with it's location right in the centre of Mansfield and pretty much surrounded by houses on all...
So this was my second outing, explored alone. I only managed to get into one building, I think it may have been a residential one. Nothing in the way of medical equipment, which was a shame... I only spotted one way into the main building, but didn't fancy attempting it alone. Anyway, here are...

This place has been "on the list" for a while, so I'm pleased that myself and Obscurity have finally got round to doing it after 2 failed attempts earlier in the year - it didn't disappoint!
There's quite a bit of history to this place, so here goes. (shamelessly stolen from Wikipedia)

This is one pretty local to me and after an afternoon out with Wevsky and Justin we had been talking about how trashed the place had become.
